• Turnkey Installations:: Complete, turnkey project solutions which provide for seamless integration of mass transfer equipment design and installation. Utilizing the combined experience of Koch – Glitsch engineering and Field Service personnel, we are able to optimize equipment design so that the installation can be performed more quickly and safely thus eliminating headaches and reducing downtime.
• Equipment Support Services (ESS) : This team of experts provides technical assistance during the installation of Mass Transfer and Separation equipment, either in new plants or in revamp projects. 
• Turnaround Response Team (TRT) : Koch-Glitsch technical personnel provide professional inspection services to assess the condition of tower internals during plant outages. When required, TRT Personnel can expedite the delivery of Koch-Glitsch replacement equipment or hardware to the project site which minimizes down time.
