Field Fabricated Vessels

When shop-built options won’t fit the scope, Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) brings the solution to you. Our teams fabricate and install large-diameter towers, reactors, absorbers and other pressure-related process vessels directly in the field, adapting to space constraints and access challenges that demand flexibility without compromise. Backed by decades of tower expertise, certified quality systems and a disciplined safety culture, we deliver field-built vessels that are tailored to your process and built to last.

PROVEN IN THE FIELD

Every site presents its own set of challenges, and KSPS has delivered in some of the industry’s most demanding environments. In one recent project, our team installed a 200,000-lb. vessel in a congested refinery unit using staged lifts and custom rigging, completing work five days ahead of schedule and with zero safety incidents.
